6-Day Northern Tanzania Safari

Meet your guide in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. After formalities at the gate, begin your first game drive among baobab landscapes and wildlife areas around the park. Lunch is arranged during the safari, followed by further game viewing before overnight near or in the Tarangire area.

After breakfast, leave Tarangire and continue toward Lake Manyara. A cultural stop can be included if it has been agreed in advance. Spend the afternoon game driving in Lake Manyara National Park before continuing to your accommodation.

Travel through the Ngorongoro highlands toward Serengeti. Stop at selected viewpoints and, when timing allows and it has been arranged, consider an Olduvai Gorge visit. Enter Serengeti for an afternoon game drive en route to camp or lodge.

Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park. Your guide will choose game-drive areas around the season, recent wildlife activity and your interests, with lunch arranged inside the park.

Enjoy a morning game drive as you leave Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Depending on the confirmed accommodation plan, continue toward the crater rim or nearby highlands for dinner and overnight, leaving the crater descent for the most practical time.

Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a wildlife-focused game drive on the crater floor. After lunch and the ascent, travel through Karatu and Mto wa Mbu toward Arusha, arriving for drop off at your hotel, town location or airport according to the final programme.
