Your day, step by step
Drive from Moshi towards Materuni village on the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro. Meet a local guide, follow the village trail past banana and coffee farms, and walk towards the waterfall viewpoint. The path may be steep or slippery after rain, so sturdy shoes are important. Return to the village for a hands-on coffee demonstration, from roasting and pounding to brewing. Enjoy time with your hosts before returning to Moshi. The order depends on weather and local arrangements.
